Taking the Mystery Out of Science and Literacy

Dear Exhibitor,

The Maine Science Teachers Association Annual Fall Conference will be held at Gardiner Area High School in Gardiner, Maine on Friday, October 9, 2009. We are holding the conference again this year on the Friday of Columbus Day Weekend.

We invite you to participate in the conference as an exhibitor. Commercial exhibits will be set up in the cafeteria to allow for maximum exposure. The exhibition fee is still set at $50 for a 3ft. X 5ft. table. Additional tables will be provided at a cost of $25. Non-profit organizations will be charged a fee of $25.

Our conference will begin at 8:00 A.M. and finish by 3:30 P.M. You may set up either on Thursday afternoon after 4:00 P.M. or on Friday after 6:30 A.M. Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program. We will also indicate any exhibitor that donates a door prize.

Please return the attached form indicating your intentions along with your registration fee as soon as possible to guarantee a space. If you prefer, you may register and pay on line at our website at http://mainescienceteachers.org/exhibitors.
