Fall Conference

Our Fall conference provides a dedicated space for exhibitors throughout the entire conference. The exhibition hall sits at the heart of the conference activities, and is located together with conference dining facilities, ensuring that exhibitions are a strong focal point of the conference.

As an exhibitors or sponsor, you can connect with MSTA members in many lasting ways:

• Connect with MSTA members in person by exhibiting in or main hall during the conference. Exhibitor space in our main exhibition hall is available during the conference. Wall space and electricity are available upon request.
• Highlight your offerings or services in an exciting and memorable way by offering door prizes. Door prizes allow you to connect with MSTA members and provide visibility for your products or services. Door prizes are awarded at the conference's convening and culminating sessions, where all members are present.
• Sponsor a conference meal or refreshment break. Sponsoring meals or refreshments provides a comfortable way to connect with members and a spotlight for highlighting offerings or services.
• Advertise in our conference program. Conference program advertising allows your group or company to make a lasting impression by reaching members before, during and after the conference.
• Provide a Web-only coupon for your services. Connect with members through the MSTA Web site by providing a pre- or post-conference Web coupon. Coupons can be offered in the lead-up to a conference to make members aware of your exhibition before the conference itself, or through information provided at the conference itself, allowing members to connect with your special offer following the conference.

Conference Exhibitor and Sponsor Rates

MSTA provides affordable rates for conference exhibitors and sponsors, making it easy to reach our members with valuable offerings. Conference exhibition space starts at $50, with a discount for non-profit organizations, and advertising space can be purchased in the conference program for as little as $25.
